Commissions & Refund

💌 Full refunds are only provided in the case of medical emergencies or funerals. Proof may be respectfully requested.

🎨 If a commission is canceled while the artwork is in progress (i.e., halfway done), 50% of the total payment will be refunded, and the unfinished portion of the art will be sent to you as-is.

🚫 No refunds will be given once a commission is completed and delivered, except under extraordinary circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
