🔊 1. Comic Agreement Policy (Unpaid Partnership) By agreeing to collab for this project, you understand and accept that this is a voluntary, unpaid collaboration. You are offering your skills freely to be placed on my website without expecting pay (From Sunbeam directly) in return from now and in the future.
🤝 2. Creative Partnership & Credit You will be fully credited in all public-facing releases of the work (video, audio, description, etc.). I deeply appreciate your contribution, and your name (or preferred credit alias) will be clearly acknowledged. You are considered a creative partner, and I welcome long-term collaboration if you're ever open to future projects. 📆 3. Ongoing Projects There is no obligation for you to stay in the project long-term. You are free to step away at any time with proper communication. You cannot hold Sunbeam accountable for scheduling purposes on her website. If the comic does not get finished, that is perfectly fine to stop the project. It can be uploaded to Sunbeam's Website either finished or unfinished. All work is valuable work!
❌ 4. No Liability You agree that I cannot be held responsible for anything I have not directly caused or done. I am not liable for third-party misuse of content once it is posted publicly (e.g., reposts, remixes). You agree not to pursue legal or financial claims related to this unpaid work because this is a collaboration.
🛑 5. Your Rights You may request removal of your comic from a project before final release if it has not been posted yet. You retain the right to revoke consent at any point, but understand that once content is released, full removal may not always be possible. Unless you as a creator is getting harassed, bullied by the community then Sunbeam 100% agrees to take down the comic for your safety and mental health.
💡 6. Respect & Communication All collaboration must remain respectful, professional, and safe. If you ever feel uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or wish to stop, please communicate clearly and promptly. You may set your own boundaries regarding tone, language, or type of content you are willing to voice.

💵9. Merch Policy
Both parties—Sunbeam and you (the partner)—are free to create and sell merchandise based on the comic, retaining all profits from your respective sales. Each party must operate through their own online shop (e.g., Ko-fi, Etsy, etc.); Sunbeam’s Ko-fi shop may not be used as your sales platform, and vice versa. If you would like your shop link (Ko-fi, Etsy, or another platform) featured on Sunbeam’s website, you must provide the link and coordinate directly with Sunbeam. Sunbeam will only sell merchandise featuring artwork created by Sunbeam. However, as a partner, you are permitted to sell merchandise of your own work. You cannot sell the merch if Sunbeams actual art is presented in it without her permission. Sunbeam fully consents to the sale of merchandise featuring her artwork, provided it originates from a collaborative comic project with her awareness.
🛑Sunbeam do not do stories on smut, porn, incest, rape, nazis, or any form of American government topics (Unless fictional and made up). Especially murders or cases based on real life events.
